Negative: Queueing at te option for 15 mins to check in and the Queur continued after I was seen. Not enough staff! On the 2nd day I was there i said hello to receptionist and didn't even receive a eeroonse. First impression Last impression! The breakfast is very average snd the hot breakfast part was very limited with no cooked eggs either scrambled or fried. The waffles and pancakes were cold. It really is a poor breakfast. Selection is limited. Lacking choice of cereals. The score for this hotel is quite flattering. I eould not come gsin without some significant improvements starting with reception! Staff it correctly!
