Positive: We forgot something and they chased it and safely returned to us

Negative: If you are looking for a secluded non mass, this is not the place as it is direct to slope.

Positive: Location is good with the view. 2nd floor room was wheel chair accessible. Two sinks at the room was convenient.

Negative: Bathroom is bit smaller than usual. There were no black tea or tea cups & spoons at the room. Green tea and small cups were available though.

Positive: Super beautiful, lots to do. The food was delicious!

Negative: The activities got really expensive. You have to pay for everything including the pool.

Positive: The views!!! The spacious room.

Negative: It was not very clean. The pool and spa was grimy. The hotel is clearly older and a bit ran down. Needs updating.
