Positive: I am very much delighted, cheap and there is a free bicycle. receptionist is very helpful. This is my second time to stay in this hotel. Probably I will be back again to this hotel if I have opportunity to come to Saijo, Higashi Hiroshima again

Positive: The room was clean and the staff was polite. There are several eateries nearby as well which is a bonus.

Negative: Perhaps they could provide instant coffee pouches in the rooms as well along with an extra pillow.
