Positive: Clean, fairly spacious room, convenient dehumidifier in room, polite staff. Location was great too, next to Omoi River which is very pretty with cherry blossoms along each side of it. There's also an excellent yakiniku across the road!

Negative: Nothing in particular, overall it was a very good stay. If I were to pick anything at all it would be the lift had a slight stale smell

Positive: The places were clean, there are elevators in the property, a convenience store is near and also there are a Brazilian market across the street that you can get some food too.

Negative: First I’m sure I reserved a non smoking room and the whole floor smelled cigarette so bad. I was tired for a long day, entered the room and started to go to shower, it’s a bit my fault but I thought it would be bad to complain so I stayed. But the smell. Really bad. Also I thought I could have the breakfast and the employee said I should have pay a fee of ¥800. Went to front desk and the employees there said the breakfast were until 8:30. It was 8:26 ??? I decided to go back to room and to get my things and check out then the phone rings and it was the employees saying I could have breakfast. I decided to not to.
