Summary: The room was in a inside hallway closd to the entrance, noisy and the mini fridge was also noisy we had to umplug it, hotel needs multiple upgrades including the shower head.

Summary: Excellent location, beach/malecón front. Close to restaurants, stores, etc. Our room was close to the reception and it was a bit noisy at nights.

Summary: Difficult to find property as it fronts on a board walk that used to be a street. Very difficult to get luggage from a car ,that may have to park a considerable distance from hotel.

Summary: The location is ideal for access to the beach. The rooms are just ok. There were two beds in our room and the single bed was old, uncomfortable and miss-shapen. The staff was nice! It would be nice if they offered coffee in a dispenser at a common location for guests.

Summary: The hotel is well located. However other than a very basic and small room there are no other services. Not even coffee inside the hotel. The hotel did not honor the Expedia reservation, cancelling it without alerting us nor Expedia, and upon check in time, they asked us to do so with a new reservation directly with the hotel and at a higher price.

Summary: The location is great. First line, easy access to the beach. Our room was spacious and clean, everything works. I'd recommend to replace a shower head and a toilet seat as they both were loose.
