Summary: Wow! This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. The spa area was out of this world and would compete with any luxury resort. Tristan’s local knowledge and advice on where to eat and how to get around on the tram were so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Summary: Lovely location. Good breakfast. Hotel needs to be up dated. Rooms are very basic. No fridge .No air conditioning.No tea /coffee facilities in room. No bar as such. Bathroom very small. Staff were wonderful. Very informative on local area. The staff are what made the stay so enjoyable. They couldnt do enough for you.

Summary: My room was oriented to a busy street, so if you have troubles sleeping during the night, the noise would not help. Otherwise good accomodation and free parking, as it is quite far from the city, but excellent connection to the centre by bus/tram.
