Positive: Incredible- staff were so friendly and helpful, giving amazing tips for the day and recommendations what to do in the area and also for the rest of our trip. Was honestly so great to have chats with the host!! Rooms were large, clean and well equipped. Dinner was delicious and catered to all different dietary needs. The sauna was incredible 10/10 amazing area highly recommend!! Great for a longer stay to see a lot of places but also to relax in the sauna and heated pool with delicious food and great location

Positive: The staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Breakfast offering was superb with lots of fresh items and a large variety of options.

Negative: The room was a little old fashioned but supremely clean and well equipped.

Positive: Nice Breakfast. Elegant dining room. Very nice location. Rooms are big but it's feels a bit old. No coffee maker or electric kettle. No refrigerator.

Positive: The food and the stuff were excellent.

Negative: The mattress and the pillows were terrible. The room and the bathroom was outdated. Considering this I consider the rates are overpriced.

Positive: Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! Everything was perfect—delicious and abundant food, extremely friendly and smiling staff, and excellent facilities. The pool and sauna were exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing, providing the perfect relaxation. And the view from the pool? Simply breathtaking! Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience!

Negative: As a suggestion, it would be great to install a thermostatic valve on the radiator, as it was too warm at night, and turning it off completely was not a comfortable solution.
