Positive: Without a doubt the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered in more than 100 stays in different places throughout Europe. The place is very charming and perfectly equipped for a family of 5 looking to stay in the same apartment. It's an easy walk in ski-boots to hop on ski run 38 down to the Planai-West ski lift. Getting back is truly as ski-in experience without any walking required.

Summary: Perfect family accommodations for an ideal ski vacation.
