Positive: breakfast was OK. Few days we had buffet breakfast and most of the days set breakfast

Negative: Room cleaning was not done. we had to request the hotel reception. shower screen was missing in the shower area which made the toilet wet near the commode and the wash basin due to the over flow. used toilet roles were provided after multiple. requests to the hotel reception. the hotel software swipe card keys access was limited to 23 hrs we had to re activate every single day to continue our 8 days stay.. blankets and bed sheets were never changed in our 8 days stay. on the whole the hotel staff need to be trained as there was communication gap between the reception and the room service personnel
