Positive: Very pleasant staff and willing to change my room when it was apparent this is a very noisey neighborhood, particularly during the holidays. I was a bit surprised when the entire pedestrian area in front turns into a beer part every night. I wish them well, but the whole setup is strange.

Negative: Very weirdly organized...hard to find the hotel on a pedestrian street with poor signage. There are several flights of stairs after you enter a weird space where people are working- unrelated to the hotel. Their restaurant is across the pedestrian walkway and everytime I went to breakfast around 9, it was filled with old men smoking with a weird vibe. They don't really have room service except for drinks, so they should be honest about that. The room itself was ok, but not very quiet and they needed to be reminded to clean the room.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Square by Margo in Pristina. The rooms are clean, modern, and up to a good standard. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The location is excellent - central, yet my room faced away from the boulevard and was very quiet. Breakfast at Margo was delicious and definitely a highlight.

Negative: Only minor downsides: the room door was a bit noisy, and after showering the bathroom floor sometimes got wet. Still, I give 5 stars, as the overall experience was excellent. Very satisfied!

Positive: Very helpfull staff, excellent breakfast, clean room, top location

Negative: Sometimes I had feeling heating sistem was bit off but nothing major. Sometimes we had to wait alot untill toilet refills with water.
