Summary: Terrible service, cleaned room only once during all 7 days stay. They are scammers, it is written they are 5 stars, but maximum they have is 2*. Poor breakfast, for coffee they provide nescafe gold. The only good thing was, the jaccuzi in the room and amazing view.

Summary: Bad housekeeping service, we left 9 am and come back after long day at 11 pm and found our rooms not ready , request to carry-out house keeping , it took them till 1 mid night to fix rooms, breakfast is poor compared to the room charges, old facility -not worth the charging rate.

Summary: one of the best hotels in Batumi. Staff is nice, breakfast is ok. Room and jakuzi is perfect. For travellers without a car can be little out of town but if u have a car, best option.
