Positive: Spa and facilities (café, grounds, pool, some front office and cafe staff).

Negative: Breakfast and lunch were not to standard. Parking could be improved, although I have to commend staff that found an alternative to the chaotic parking on our arrival and there were 2 events ongoing.

Positive: The hotel is very clean throughout. It's great to have a room for little ones to play and outdoor play area - if you are travelling with children, this can be a life saver. Although the car park was full, the hotel was peaceful most of the time. The pool was also great and quiet. Staff were very accommodating and helped us get a picnic breakfast to go on the last day as we had to depart early.

Negative: For a 4-star hotel, the dining experience was far from what you would expect. We felt rushed through dinner - they started lifting plates before everyone finished. I was also told to keep my dirty and greasy cutlery between plates as they wouldn't change it. By night, the hotel became noisy with people arriving and being very loud on the corridors and rooms next door to ours, which awakened myself and my toddler at 1am. The pool surrounding area is a health and safety hazard - the floor is really slippery when wet. My toddler fell a few times and almost banged his head in the stone that surrounded the pool. I almost fell as well. I was restless when at the pool as I was afraid my toddler would slip and end up either inside the pool or really hurt himself.
