Positive: Amazing location - super silent, but still close to Lugano and other cities nearby. Perfect for biking Very friendly staff. Great food. Lovely swimming pool

Positive: We had a lovely stay for 3 nights with our family with 2 kids. -friendly and very helpful staff -the room was clean and had all we needed - we could sleep well, enough space, good fscilities and a balcony with a garden + pool view - 2 outside pools incl. a heated one - we didn't use it much due to the weather/ May, however, in the summer it must be nice - pleasant breakfast (a bit smaller choice, however, tasty -we had a dinner once - it was very good -a bus stop right next to the hotel (you get a free card for transport) - good option besides a car
Negative: Small suggestions: - when in the restaurant menu it's written a meal has no gluten, then please proactively mention if the chef changes the recipe and there is gluten in it when I orderr it, please. -the hairdryer in our room seemed quite old and could be replaced with a new one Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thank you.
