Positive: The location is okay

Negative: We lived on the seventh floor and the eighth floor is a restaurant. It was still very noisy and we did not go to sleep until around 1am. We informed the staff at the front desk in the morning. they did not apologize for this poor arrangement.

Positive: I arrived at 8am and had a very nice manager who guided me through attractions on the map and got me a cup of coffee. The hotel is very conveniently located.

Negative: The rooftop terrace was closed on Sunday, I feel like this should've been noted since they advertize it. There was another lady at the reception the other two days and she wasn't very helpful. The room is dated and some surfaces were dusty.

Positive: The hotel is in a convenient and safe area. The room was spacious with good aircon and a safe. The room rate was quite reasonable (we weren’t there in peak tourist season). The rooftop restaurant was very good but expensive.

Negative: We were on the 7th floor where the music and noise of the rooftop patio one level above were quite audible. But it shut down around midnight and didn’t disturb our sleep. We were without hot water for one night but it got fixed.

Summary: Good value and we’d stay there again.

Negative: Breakfast buffet was sub-par. Needed more options. Lots of toppings for yogurt but no plain yogurt.

Positive: Very quaint hotel close to cafes and restaurants as well as some tourist sites.

Negative: The hotel has a bar on the top floor and our room was underneath this. Unfortunately some evenings the music was very loud as were some patrons leaving the bar.

Positive: Room was modern, immaculate, comfortable, close to the elevator, totally top class. The locations was in the midst o an interesting restaurant/night market area, so getting a good meal was easy. Breakfast was substantial, tasty and presented in a clean, comfortable restaurant area.

Negative: A guide to how to work the television would have helped. I couldn't work out what services were or were not available, and couldn't get live channels to load. Also, the water temperature in the shower was a bit low for my laste. However, when both these issues were brought to the attention of the management, they offered to immediately come and fix both. All personnel were very accommodating and friendly.

Summary: Perfect place to spend a short visit to Santiago. Great value and very, very comfortable.
