Positive: Amazing hotel with great spa, enough space (never felt crowded), very good restaurant. Breakfast is indeed above average, and overall feel is more high-end than nearby hotels. Parking is only 10 euro per night.

Negative: Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, that’s the only flaw

Positive: It was lovely to be right by the lake, Strbske Pleso. I traveled with my service dog and the hotel was very accommodating to her. The hotel staff was very friendly; available to help and answer questions....I've stayed here several times and will definitely be back.
