Summary: The property is literally across the street from the boardwalk. The pier (which is awesome) is only about 400 meters away from the hotel. It is wonderful to hear the ocean waves at night.

Summary: Very central, hotel has a lift and sea facing triple room was spacious and had a balcony. There is a roof terrace, solarium, promenade is flat and lovely walk. Got bus to Veraggio for 3 Euro return. Staff very helpful indeed and food was delicious.
