Positive: Good location in Patan. Reasonably priced and good romm that was clean.

Negative: The hot water in Shwer was not warm enough to shower in, maximum 25 degree C. I flushed a looong time.

Positive: Location was where we needed to stay with a price point much lower than other nearby hotels. Secure courtyard with parking for smaller vehicles. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were happy to have our pet dog.

Positive: Value for money, Staff were great. Just early morning wake up from neighbour where my room was located.

Negative: Hot shower is not available 24/7 therefore upgrading to 24/7 hot shower would take this hotel to next level.
