Summary: Very nice and well located hotel. The staff was very helpful and took care of all our needs. The breakfast buffet was very well catered and great value for €14. The rooms were simple and very clean. I would recommend a north facing room to enjoy the mountain view.

Summary: The hotel was just fantastic. The pool is awesome - it is hard to have a nicer backdrop when swimming, as you can see the range of mountains from the outdoor pool. The restaurant offered great food options (for example, we tasted a cold gazpacho that combined melon, cucumber and mint that we liked so much that we will try to recreate it for ourselves) for both dinner and breakfast. We had a great time.

Summary: We had a great stay after driving over from the French side of the Pyrenees. We booked the family room and were expecting a smaller European size but the room was big, perfect for a family of 4. The pool was lovely. There is easy access to hiking. We dined in the bar and the food was very good, again simple for kids but better than simple bar food. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff who was very welcoming.

Summary: We had a very nice stay. Bed was comfortable and large. The room and bathroom showed their age. It's an older property, but still comfortable. Oh yeah, the shower was tricky. When you tried to adjust the flow of water, it was very sensitive. If you weren't holding the hand-held part, it turned around and flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was great. And the staff extremely helpful.

Summary: The place was nice and people were friendly. The parking is easy and accessible. There’s a restaurant and a bar. The spa is 26€+ per person for 1h… so it’s expensive for Americans people used to more for free. The rooms are ok but not really well insulated, we could hear other people talking. For the proximity of the park it’s exceptional. Stop at the Information center in the city before you get there.

Summary: Great atmosphere and silence. Only one point is shower room is not separated well from the rest. so our case the water was leaked to outside.. but overall, perfect and great place. We are happy to come back.

Summary: We book into this hotel on our way back from England. It is such a lovely drive over the Pyrennes and then into Torla. We have done it for the last four years and have excellent service in the hotel
