Positive: Very helpful staff, our TV wasn't working and the reception lady come and fixed it, she was very nice and helped us immediately. Parking was good and lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast with loads to choose from.

Negative: Wifi didn't work and window was broken so we couldn't open it.

Positive: The room had what I needed, was in a good location, and was quiet. Breakfast was all good! I would stay here again.

Negative: The room did not have air-conditioning though it did have a fan. The only window that opened was a sky light so it couldn't be opened in the rain so my room got rather hot despite cool outside night time temperatures. The other window had curtains that did not close all the way.

Positive: Hotel Sigulda is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the train station. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. It is excellent value and was spotlessly clean. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Sigulda is such a charming place.
