Positive: The rooms where clean and spacious

Negative: The breakfast buffet was very poor service...food was not available we had to wait for the food .the tea and coffee machine was not working ..the staff in the hotel behaved rude .. The access card went deactive each time when we come down for breakfast...and had to activate it..the front reception staff lady has to be active..she is very slow in her work .when customers are waiting she is on phone.

Positive: The hotel stay was okay however the breakfast experience was good. The food was fresh and enjoyable. Mornings were made even better with the fragrant aroma filling the corridors, creating a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere.

Negative: The check-in process at the hotel was smooth, but they do not accept international credit or debit cards. Guests are required to pay upfront in Indian currency, so it’s important to carry a substantial amount of cash. Fortunately, there are ATMs conveniently located next to the hotel. The room cleaning service is subpar—they don’t clean the rooms unless specifically requested, even for longer stays, which requires calling the front desk. Overall, it’s not a luxurious experience despite the hotel’s signage claiming "luxurious rooms."
