Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Close to major freeways, Claremont Colleges and CPP. Minutes from downtown Ontario and Upland. Affordable price and right off the freeway. Friendly and attentive service.

Negative: Upon arrival, noticed the bathtub was leaking - seems like they should be more mindful of that sort of stuff before people check-in. Also, it’s great it’s near a freeway, but I kept thinking about pollution. Location can be cumbersome getting into, making a U-turn to get to the hotel passing through a gas station, but ir does make it more secure. Getting ready for bed - looking at it - it almost looked like they just made the bed between guests - found random hair (not mine) in pillows. Not cute.

Positive: I have been booking this hotel for many times. I am a regular now. And i have never been disappointed. Its always clean and quiet. More parking and the location is good.

Negative: Sometimes only the next door neighbor they are noisy and inconsiderate
