Negative: Ongoing road works around the hotel made it more difficult to walk there from Ste Foy Station. But we had been notified. Hotel facilities on a Sunday were not open.

Negative: Plug for coffee maker did not work, soundproofing was not great. Prices were very high for this class of hotel.

Positive: This hotel is a short walk from the VIA St. Foy train station. We stayed here vs downtown Quebec City due to cost and a very early return train trip back to Montreal. In our room, the bed was comfortable, the shower was the straight down, rain type with great pressure and temps, and there was a mini fridge and coffee maker. Side note for those without a car: We bought bus day passes from the Accommodation Chemin St. Louis convenience store across the street from the Beaupré bus stop. That was very handy.

Negative: The bus stops directly in front of the hotel and a little further down to the east were not in service due to ongoing construction. The closest bus stop was west of the train station across from the convenience store, about a 10 minute walk. Not bad, but we just didn’t realize it before booking as we knew we wouldn’t have a car. The area is safe to walk around, and the sidewalks are lit. Regarding the construction, it didn’t bother us. We couldn’t hear it from our room on the other side of the hotel.

Summary: Nice hotel, about 45 mins outside of old town Quebec City.

Positive: The property is located just outside of Quebec City (25-30 mins by car), and has great amenities for residents. The staff is welcoming (Thanks to Antony), and always are available for residents. Overall I loved my stay at Hotel Sépia. I’m a quite heavy traveler and will recommend this place to everyone. (+ Will add reviews in google maps and yelp).

Negative: N/A. Although the construction caused a bit inconvenience to get there, as maps are not updated and we had to make several circles around the hotel to find the entrance.

Summary: Great staff, good location and clean rooms.

Positive: It was conveniently located near the airport. The hotel is clean, updated and nice. The restaurant is excellent!

Negative: The construction on the highway nearby makes getting to the hotel difficult. The area also feels a little sketchy, probably because of the construction as well. This hotel does not have an elevator and i was travelling with my parents who are in their 80’s.

Summary: The hotel rooms are very nice. Eclectic. The restaurant is excellent
