Positive: Everything, probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in while abroad. Pascal on the front desk was very professional and looked after us so well when we arrived. The staff were fabulous and the room we has facing the lake was beautiful with the best of bed linen and great pillows which is very important for a good nights sleep. We booked Vico for dinner one of the nights we stayed at it was fantastic. Carlos de Silva in the bar is a consumate professional who gives brilliant customer service. We just felt so comfortable while we stayed in the hotel and everything just flowed. The breakfast selection was spectacular with great coffee . Check out is 12noon which is another bonus which is great. Thanks to All The Team

Positive: The location is great, room was brand new, very nice decorated and with very comfortable bed. Dyson hair dryer available. The gym is small but well equipped; welcome chocolate and nuts offered in the room. Still/sparkling Water were free. I received a ''goodbye chocolate and water for the trip- lovely.

Negative: smell on the hallway . a bit of hospital feeling

Positive: We cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff were excellent, the room was exceptional and all service from the concierge, to the bar, to the restaurant exceeded all expectation. We cannot wait to come back here soon. It was a magical honeymoon stay where Hotel Schweizerhof’s elegance, lakeside setting, and breathtaking views made every moment unforgettable.
