Positive: We picked this hotel for it's old world charm. It oozes with history from the floors to the ceilings and everything in between except the bathrooms; these are modern and tick all the boxes for hygiene and cleanliness. The shower is spacious with built in seating for those who need it. The hospitality and welcome were impeccable, our arrival was later than planned and they ensured even outside of front desk hours, that our checkin was smooth and unhindered. At checkout when our credit card presented us with issues, that was no problem, they provided us with workable solutions. All staff during and outside of hours were always friendly, courteous and professional, nothing was an issue.

Negative: Lack of insect screens on windows. Pillows too soft.

Summary: Good sleep, great character, well maintained, clean and we can't do you enough staff attitude.

Positive: Very beautiful old building. Very nice hosts. Hot eggs for breakfast to your liking - this is nice

Negative: Noise isolation between the rooms is not the best. Didn't bother me since I always sleep with earplugs anyways. Parking was not easy to find from the first time

Positive: Nice old-fashioned Bavarian house in the very green and quiet area close to Munich. Very friendly personnel.

Negative: WiFi didn't work in the room, only in public areas.

Positive: Hotel was beautiful. Vert quiet.

Negative: The pillows were terrible. No tea/coffee available in rooms. Mini bar was an empty fridge. Website site said there was a sauna but apparently that had not been the case for years. No staff in hotel after 7pm at night.
