Summary: Position is excellent and the friendliness and service by all staff fabulous ... the room was a lot smaller than expected for the price, but very comfortable and clean and fabulous breakfast!

Summary: By far our favorite place along our entire trip! Staff were very kind and helpful! Location spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast on Easter morning was very nice with genuine chocolates. The view allowed for Windows to be left open and to fall asleep to the sounds of the water and waves. Location is great.

Summary: Excellent and very welcoming staff who really care about their customers and the business. My room was in the "Alfa" part - luckily I was on the top floor, so could watch the sun setting at the far end of the lake, and had a great view across it the rest of the time. Breakfast included is great, good coffee too. Centrally located in Brunnen, so surrounded by restaurants and bars (none too loud), and right across the street from the lake steamer jetty - couldn't be any closer! Railway station is 5 minutes away on foot (despite what Google maps says), so easily walkable, even if I'm middle aged and not very fit.

Summary: This hotel is wonderfully located near to the lake ship station and has a beautiful view of both the lake and the mountains. There is also a nearby bus-stop. The room was comfortable with its own balcony ~ excellent. On arrival we were given a choice of rooms which was very nice. The breakfast was very good, albeit mostly cold food and no toaster.
