Summary: Great location on the water and near all the restaurants shops and sites of Passeu - definitely have breakfast in the hotel - it’s on the water with amazing views. Definitely a good choice for this small town. Rooms are clean and very hospital hosts

Summary: My partner and I were on a road trip from Frankfurt to Vienna and decided on a one night stay in Passau. Wish it would have been more. Beautiful town and what a wonderful night’s stay. Staff communicated well prior to my arrival checking if I needed a parking space. Or anything extra for my room The river view out our window was beautiful and peaceful and provided a romantic atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was extra but well worth it. the outdoor eating area was a great way to start out our day. The staff , Alexandra and another young lady greeted us with smiles and were friendly throughout our short stay. Highly recommend!!

Summary: The location of Hotel Schloss Ort is incredibly scenic right where the rivers meet. And having the quiet riverside park so close by made for the most relaxing evening and morning strolls. I loved the dining flexibility of sitting inside the beautiful historic space or outside on the terrace right on the waterfront. The atmosphere is so tranquil and the hospitality was fantastic. Highly recommend this beautiful gem in Passau!

Summary: The schloss ort is in one of the best locations to visit Passau historic old town. There was beautiful views of the river from our room and the breakfast and terrace areas. This made our stay v relaxing. The boutique hotel is lovely and bedrooms very comfortable with great bed . The breakfast was lovely even if a little expensive. The slight negatives were that no one welcomed us when we arrived at 7.30pm and a letter and key were left on reception desk but we did realise that the reception isn’t manned all the time. We had v little coffee and teas sachets and no milk in the room on arrival. The shower room was v small but shower worked really well . The toilet was long a corridor which is not most convenient but we realise that this is a historic property layout. Overall we had. Very lovely 2 nights nd would definitely recommend.

Summary: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel has to have the best view of the river in the city. The outside veranda was the perfect spot for a welcoming beverage and the walking area around the peninsula was right nearby. Wonderful location and wunderbar staff and owner
