Summary: When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 degrees so pretty hot. We told them & we went out for a drink & by the time we got back it had been fixed. So pretty good service. Breakfast was very good.

Summary: Only stayed one night on a road trip from France to Spain. You can see this hotel was once really impressive, there are now just a few bits of tiredness setting in, and some minor refurb is needed. The spa looked to be being upgraded when I was there and seemed like it would be wonderful when done. My room was huge and very comfortable. There was a mark on the carpet and a few marks on the ceiling, but it could be that it was just that my room was one needing to be done. To be truthful the communal areas were lovley and I would absolutely go back, for the price I paid it was a real treat. The restaurant didn’t open until 8:30 so I gave dinner a miss, shame…. I would have preferred it opened a bit before then. Great location and a nice traditional town.

Summary: The hotel was as attractive in reality as it was in pictures. The interior architecture was interesting as well.The accomodations were perfectly acceptable, however they seemed slightly pricey for what they were and where they were located. The meal at the restaurant was very good and a good value. The onsite parking was convenient and reasonably priced.
