Positive: Nice location, cozy rooms, friendly staff, tasty raclette in the restaurant. All great but…

Negative: Paper walls between rooms = zero intimacy; could clearly hear every word from conversations in neighboring room as if in the room. Embarrassing and unacceptable given room rates.
