Summary: Nicely located, clean and comfortable. Has a decent gym. The only downside is that breakfast buffet is not included. I understand that Klagenfurt is an expensive town, but breakfast should really be included with the high room rate they charge.

Summary: Location is very central. A short bus ride to the Luke. A mix of friendly and very unfriendly staff at the front desk and restaurant. Breakfast buffet was good. No coffee service at the table and it could take sometimes a long time for dirty dishes to be removed from the table.
