Summary: The front desk person was always on the phone. We were in the middle of checking in and the phone rings and we have to wait for 5 minutes. Same exact thing happened to us when we checked out. He wasn’t helpful about ways to get to the port earlier and we tried to cancel our shuttle. He claimed he didn’t know how to process a credit???

Summary: It did not start off well, I requested separate beds, and was given one bed. When I mentioned it to the desk clerk I felt that his response was negative and unacceptable. Eventually we got the separate beds. Prior to checking out, I was told of the additional cost of staying here as an added tax. This practice should be made transparent, especially when booking through Hotels.com

Summary: The room felt dirty. Big brown something on the carpet as soon as you walked in. Floor in bathroom was not cleaned. Black ??? Around shower. Overall the room was not cleaned. Elevator was disguising. Filthy! I will not be going back. Staff was very nice.
