Summary: Great hotel with location second to none. We stayed a week for the F1 race and soaked up all the atmosphere around the area. Loved it! Hotel is a little dated but it’s fabulous and we would definitely stay here again. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the bed was tiny so I slept on the pull out couch, which meant the door to the balcony wouldn’t open properly and the bedroom door didn’t close as it’s a small suite and there wasn’t room for the doors to close. Not ideal but also didn’t dampen our stay. We do recommend this hotel.

Summary: Great hotel, good location in Vieux Montreal. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We felt very welcome during our stay. We had a suite and it was comfortable for a family of four.

Summary: Saint-Sulpice is our usual hotel when we visit Old Montreal each year. They have rennovated extensively in the last two years and things are wonderful. Unfortunately the advent of good weather, combined with the detours and roadwork (seemingly everywhere) made driving a nightmare. The hotel has valet parking which, although not inexpensive, is necessary and perfect. We will visit again.

Summary: We stayed for two nights and I will say the hotel is very nice and our room was clean a spacious. My problem is with the front desk. The gentlemen that was working was quite rude and dismissive. We also asked our bellman if he could speak to the front desk about our room as we were looking over construction and was hoping for a better view. We never heard a word. We also were not informed that we had free breakfast with our stay and no one told us until we checked out. The hotel is in a great location, but they definitely could use some customer service training.

Summary: The room (we had a suite) was very clean, and there was daily housekeeping service to make the beds and bring fresh towels. One bed that we used was the Murphy bed in the loving room and there was not enough light in that room. No reading lights by the bed and only one lamp in the room, no overhead lights either. This is the reason I gave our stay 4 stars instead of 5.
