Positive: We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff especially Elena at the front counter was amazing. Room was large and comfortable. Good location. Easy check in process. Able to store luggage after check out. Hôtel also sent the link for the free transport card prior to check in so we could use it on our way to the hotel.
