Positive: From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been nicer. The receptionist was warm, friendly and so competent. All the other staff were equally accommodating and overly helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern but the hotel itself is older. The rooms and decor are amazing. The dining areas are modern but in a traditional setting. The stand-out was the personal service this hotel delivered, and it was genuine. We stored our bicycles safely and enjoyed a beautiful buffet breakfast before leaving. Our entire group of 5 could not fault our stay here. We would highly recommend it. We rate this 10/10.
