Summary: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is the typical business hotel in Japan. The rooms were clean. The hotel also has coin laundry, and good WiFi in the rooms and public areas.

Summary: Total 3 people stayed for 2 nights, booked 2 bed rooms. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Toyota station. The hotel provide free shuttle between hotel and station (every 30 min til 10 pm, please check schedule on the website). The hotel provided welcome bottle drink (soda/red bull/tea/water) and there is a coffee machine at the lobby, guest can have free coffee. cozy lobby, we enjoy coffee and chat there. The room sizes are okay, has themostat can adjust room temperature on our own. The room overall is comfortable. With a small wardrobe The package include breakfast, no much food to choose though, still okay. A supermarket across the street which also has a 100 yen store! A Japanese bbq restaurant at the back of the hotel and a ramen place at the street corner. There are parking for hotel guest too. we chose eco service, so they didn't change our bed sheets and make the bed, which we already know at check in. There is spa, quite small, but still good to have a bath there after a long day.

Summary: Very nice breakfast, nice large bath and so on. But the bed and pillow are stink. And also there are no after shaving cream.

Summary: Couple large shopping Centres closeby the property. Easy to park and Good Breakfast. Just the room is a bit dated
