Positive: Very good breakfast. Handy location.

Negative: Had trouble getting the heat on so the room stayed pretty cold. Could be I wasn't using the remote control properly but I think not.

Positive: Very convenient to the Air Base. 3 minute walk to the front gate. Many restaurants and bars around the hotel.

Negative: No parking for tall vehicles.

Positive: My husband was working at Misawa AFB and walked to work every morning; about 5 minutes to the gate. Breakfast was amazing and had lots of variety. The onsen in the hotel was so convenient and we loved being able to go soak for a few minutes everyday. They gave us the option to forgo daily room cleaning and instead give us tokens for the vending machine. We thought that was a nice little perk. We shipped our luggage from Narita airport to this hotel and had no issues. Highly recommend this place.
