Positive: My husband was working at Misawa AFB and walked to work every morning; about 5 minutes to the gate. Breakfast was amazing and had lots of variety. The onsen in the hotel was so convenient and we loved being able to go soak for a few minutes everyday. They gave us the option to forgo daily room cleaning and instead give us tokens for the vending machine. We thought that was a nice little perk. We shipped our luggage from Narita airport to this hotel and had no issues. Highly recommend this place.

Summary: Friendly staff, close to Misawa AFB. Clean!

Positive: The location was what we wanted as we were visiting family at the US Air Force Base. It fit our needs, and what we expected. The breakfast was good.

Negative: The room was very small and a big divider to get to the bathroom (a tripping hazard). The pillows were not that comfy.
