Positive: A warm welcome from the front desk. Route Inn App is very useful for check-in. A good explanation of the facilities. Wifi was easy to access, and at a high speed. Good location close to the main highway. Very large car park. Good-sized, clean and well-equipped room with comfortable beds. Usual excellent breakfast with a good choice of menu.

Positive: The top floor room was excellent. The hot spring was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was good. Ample parking space. Great value for money.

Negative: While the breakfast was certainly decent, fruit and bread selection was somewhat limited.
