Summary: Was in town briefly for a wedding. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The room was satisfactory, though small by North American standards. Everything was okay - nothing stood out as bad. The staff were absolutely amazing though!

Summary: Booked this hotel as there was nothing else available in Saitama or at least the area of Saitama I needed to be in. I was HAPPILY surprised by the hotel and it's staff. First there is parking and a decent amount, as I'm a driver this helped a lot. The staff spoke limited English, but more then enough to get checked in. They give complimentary breakfast and beer.... The location is incredible being only steps away from Fukaya station. I will definitely be coming back.

Summary: Right in front of Fukaya station, the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the station. There is an ofuro (large Japanese bath) on the top floor separate for men and women. Breakfast is included in the rate, as well as, coffee/cappuccino to go. The hotel is quiet and very clean. I'd stay there again.
