Positive: Amazing view of Rimini and the sea. The other side had a view of Mount Titan. Directly next to a bus stop, though getting to the funicular by foot only takes around 35 min. Great staff at the restaurant below, cheap prices. Check in/out was very smooth.

Negative: Thin walls. The place smelled like too much air fresher and a hint of mold. There was some mold near the window. Elevator has a smell. The place is obviously dated, but at a price of 50 a night, what can you do.
