Positive: The rooms are great, the view from rooms is amazing overlooking lake Thuneresee. The staff is super sweet and helpful.

Negative: The property is quite far from the main city that is Interlaken, and buses come every hour. So one has to plan your day in advance. There’s nothing at all around the property, it is essentially a quiet residential area, so you won’t find anything, for everything you have to go to city.

Positive: We had a 2BR Unit overlooking Lake Thun and had front row seats to the beautiful scenery with killer sunsets. The bathroom is clean and modern, place is spacious. Easy Access to Interlaken Train Station and Spiez Train Station on opposite end (20 min bus ride- Bus 60 with bus stop right across the street) which made it very convenient.

Negative: It’s not a dislike, just to note that there’s no AC, which could be an issue on a very hot day. There were fans and good airflow though.

Positive: The view of the lake from the balcony is wonderful, as was our breakfast. Our room had been renovated and modernized, and although small, was very comfortable.

Negative: The only possible improvement would be the addition of a small fridge to the room.

Positive: We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was maintained every day. The location is excellent for visiting many nearby attractions, right in front of the train station. The sunsets were phenomenal. The staff was very friendly, helping us with any questions and very responsive. The breakfasts was incredibly delicious. We will lovingly return again.

Negative: We found needles near the bed and on the floor, which I found weird and careless. We traveled with a 2 year child, so we found it a bit dangerous to have needles all over the room.

Positive: Staff was really good, breakfast was very nice as well and the parking was convenient.

Negative: No lift so taking luggage upstairs was a bit difficult and there were no lights in gallery at night.
