Positive: We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. We booked the half-board option, and both the breakfast buffet and dinner exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Dinner was excellent as well, including two courses plus dessert, and every evening there were different menu options to choose from, which we really appreciated. Another big advantage was the location — the train station was only a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient for travelling and exploring the area. Moreover, Pragser Wildsee is only 1 hour by bus. Overall, a wonderful experience with great food, comfort, and location.

Positive: One of the best family-run hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Hotel Rose in Villabassa impressed us in every way. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the major attractions in the Dolomites. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and decorated in a warm alpine style, with beautiful balconies offering stunning mountain views. Parking is conveniently available right next to the building. What mattered to us the most is that the hotel is extremely dog-friendly. Our dog was allowed to join us for both breakfast and dinner in a special dining room, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The food is excellent, varied, and high quality, and the staff is wonderfully kind, attentive, and welcoming. A place we would gladly return to. Highly recommended!
