Positive: Super location. Beautiful view from the room. Room very nice with comfy bed. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and supper with a lot of choice. Beautiful wellness centre. Very relaxing stay. Close everywhere from the hotel. Nice and quite area. I can highly recommend!

Positive: Our room was spacious with mountain view. Good buffet breakfast with many choice of hot or cold foods. Fiendly stuff . If you come by car, best to book a parking space, cost €15 per day. there are two spaces for electic car for a small charge.

Negative: The hotel was situated halfway up the town. It will take 30 minutes to walk down the hill if you decided not to take the car. It is fine if the weather was good.

Positive: Excellent stay overall, very comfortable room with nice view over Canillo and mountains behind, breakfast and dinner food was really good, pleasant spa area. Parking available for a supplement. Ski lockers available. Easy access to ski telecabine using the hotel van. Staff (welcome, restaurant, spa) was 10/10

Negative: We didn’t do it, but you would need to take your car (4min) or walk 25min if you wanted to go to Canillo city center)

Positive: This was a fantastic hotel, the staff were so friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Great choice at meal times (I was half board), so much fresh salad and meat / fish freshly cooked. Views were beautiful and I loved the terrace at the bar overlooking Canillo.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like!

Positive: The man at the front desk was the best, he had all the solutions and he was very helpful.

Negative: The spa said that open at 11:00 and we had to wait until 11:20. I forgot 2 redbulls in the mini fridge. I came back 2 hours after I checked out and the girl at the front desk said that they throw it away. I was mad because of this, you can’t throw things away that are not yours, specially food. If you do this, you should put a sign or info saying “we throw everything from the minibar”. They didn’t even recycle the cans. I wanted to know why they do it and the girl that clean the room said that “she didn’t see anything” and the girl from the front desk doubted me. When this happened I didn’t trust your hotel anymore…. I know I left them there, so tell me the truth of what happened… and why if I left something else and “you rather throw it or didn’t see it”?
