Positive: We arrived very late at the hotel. Our reservation was for a family room, but something went wrong in the booking. A very nice alternative was given. The staff was very friendly. For our late meal we asked for 4 glasses of ice for our Coca Cola, this was presented very nicely, they even thought about a slice of lemon. We had a lovely shower and a great night sleep. Thank you so much!
Negative: Housekeeping banging at the door early in the morning.
