Positive: Really nice hotel, friendly staff esp Anca and Paul. Lovely breakfast area. Room is very clean and comfy. Very convenient to airport.
Negative: Aircon wasn't working, mobile aircon unit quite loud but overall a very good experience and we'll definitely be back.

Positive: The person at the desk was very friendly and polite. We checked-in close to 11 pm, they were very prompt in letting us know that there was no issue with our late check-in and that somebody would be at the desk. Everything was clean: the room, the beds, the towels, etc. The continental breakfast was very yummy and diverse and the staff were around to help with the coffee machine and anything else you needed. I forgot a pair of glasses at the hotel and they called me to advise. I recommend this hotel.

Positive: The reception was open late, it was clean, the bathroom was spotless.
Negative: No gluten free breakfast even though i requested it. The staff were unhelpful. The rooms were so noisy i could hear someone snoring in the room next door. AC super loud.
