Positive: Location, staff.
Negative: Well comparing to last year, the place started to look outdated, shower glass with lime scale, I didn't have shower gel, but that wasn't problem as I use mine, towels were clean but very rough and hard, carpet needs deep clean. Last year looked much fresh, more sweet, more approachable that's why I've rated it 10, but this year unfortunately 7. I like to go at Rivarolo every year, maybe next time I have to change the place, I don't want to be more disappointed. Value for money it's not there, I'm sorry.

Positive: Brilliant stay: very friendly and helpful staff, a spacious & modern room that's well equipped and can be darkened. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet room too. Breakfast was definitely worth the upgrade too. I'll be back.
