Summary: It's a lovely hotel, but needs a much needed refurbishment. The furniture is clunky,and too heavy for the room. The lifts are a nightmare and have been in poor state for years.

Summary: Everything has been absolutely great. Fantastic facilities and an even better service from every single member of the staff. From room service, to restaurants and swimming pool staff, reception, etc. Every person in the hotel ensued we had a fantastic time. Congratulations to all of them! Thank you so much! If we are back to fuerteventura we will definitely choose the same hotel
