Summary: Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice location, very good food and plenty of choices. Amazing beach promenade. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Hotel and facilities were excellent. Rooms spacious. Staff were fantastic, always polite, smiling and on hand to assist. Location of hotel is fantastic. Beautiful sandy beach right on your doorstep, such a nice beach. Already miss it. You can watch the sunset which is amazing. Food was good. I have been to all inclusive resorts with bigger options, so this place could have had more variety. Evening entertainment could be better, in my opinion. A little more thought should go into this. I will definitely be returning.

Summary: Had a lovely relaxing week here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Great hotel with a beautiful pool area and gardens. Plenty of food & bar options and lovely room. Nice walk to the harbour and enjoyed a trip to the Souk.

Summary: I have stayed at this hotel many times but this was the first time during the summer peak, they cannot cope with a full hotel, the service was extremely slow, no water in room, nothing in the minibar (until a staff member tried to get in my room at 10.30pm to restock it, I was traveling alone as on business so this was quite alarming) reception staff were overworked and quite rude. The food and restaurant staff however were great as always. The room was clean and the main reception areas were also well maintained it was just the service.
