Positive: it was a good spacious room, neat and clean. the view was good, and cooperative for accommodating us earlier than the check-in time. we could reach them easily. They said the room needed to be cleaned, and later accepted said once you get fresh we will do it. As we had to move out for visiting places. They provided room after checkout for 3 hours at an extra charge of Rs500.
Negative: While moving out they asked was okay. we asked them to change the bedsheet which was not done. we were using the same towels for both days. we asked them for kittle they gave us hot water in a mug was surprised with it. The room of after checkout was not that good.
Summary: It was pleaseant stay have chances of improvement. was little costly as compared to services provide
