Positive: Location right next to the cable car station, free parking, welcome drinks and a cosy room facing the mountains while the evening sun warms your tired body as you relax on the balcony after a long day in the snow - perfect. Staff was very supportive and CEO Hanspeter Wenger greeted guests personally. Check-in was straightforward, got a discount on the daypasses and were ready to go on the slopes within minutes. The restaurant offers quality food and we enjoyed a relaxed dinner.
Negative: Breakfast was good but as we went an hour later than the early morning rush of people ready to hit the mountains, it was already leftovers of e.g. scrambled eggs and cheese variations but good otherwise. For people who spend the checkout day skiing, there is no spa or other area where you could take a quick shower and change afterwards. The toilets near the entrance however have big enough stalls to quickly change.
Summary: Enjoyed it and would definitely come back.
