Positive: Nice selection of tasty breads, pastries, muesli, yogurts and juices. The omelets were also well prepared

Negative: Rooms 1 and 2 are above the restaurant which is fine except when there is music. The bass sounds seemed amplified by the walls and there was no getting away from it.

Positive: Perfect location, right next to Rougemont station. Comfortable, with very friendly staff. Fabulous chocolate treat on arrival. Issue with television Internet access was sorted with a room change (not sure what would have happened if there hadn't been a spare room). Great Italian restaurant in the village a few minutes walk away.

Negative: Breakfast was OK, but a bit disappointing given the level of dining cuisine at the hotel. Internet access for the smart TV wasn't working and the safe had been left locked open - presumably previous occupants had not reported an issue, but as there are not many rooms it would have been nice if such things could be checked by staff.
