Positive: This hotel was good fine for a one-night stay. There’s also a campsite on the property and alpacas to see, which is a lovely touch - especially for kids. Breakfast was good, as you would normally expect in a hotel. Nothing particularly special, but absolutely fine. Overall, it works well if you’re just staying overnight.

Negative: On the downside, our experience at check-out was disappointing. Our flight was delayed, so we checked in quite late at night. Check-out time was 10:00 am, and due to being very tired, we left the room at 10:05. While we were already in the corridor, we received a call from reception warning that after 10:15 we would be charged an extra fee for late check-out. The hotel was almost empty, there was no visible rush to prepare the room, and no cleaning staff waiting outside. It was the first time I encountered such a strict and inflexible approach in this situation. It felt unnecessarily rigid and not very client-oriented, which left us disappointed.

Positive: The receptionist was extremely helpful booking a taxi to take me to the airport, arranging a packed breakfast as I was leaving early and generally being helpful. Room was a good size as I would expect for the money.

Negative: Hotel was in a rather obscure area. I chose it as it was near the airport however it was not that near given where the airport entrance was. However hotel was a good way from the beautiful centre of the town of Košice.

Positive: Very stylish and fresh rooms. Fabulous breakfast. Not so far from city center by taxi. Located inside camping area. There are plenty quite alpacas, rabbits and parrots inside territory.

Negative: Can’t take alpaca with you ;-)
