Positive: We did not expect a lot while traveling and looking for a hotel for one night in Košice. However, everything literally exceeded our expectations. A comfortable apartment for the whole family, a delicious breakfast, and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from reception about a bag I'd forgotten, just 20 minutes after check-out. Thank you very much!

Positive: This hotel was good fine for a one-night stay. There’s also a campsite on the property and alpacas to see, which is a lovely touch - especially for kids. Breakfast was good, as you would normally expect in a hotel. Nothing particularly special, but absolutely fine. Overall, it works well if you’re just staying overnight.
Negative: On the downside, our experience at check-out was disappointing. Our flight was delayed, so we checked in quite late at night. Check-out time was 10:00 am, and due to being very tired, we left the room at 10:05. While we were already in the corridor, we received a call from reception warning that after 10:15 we would be charged an extra fee for late check-out. The hotel was almost empty, there was no visible rush to prepare the room, and no cleaning staff waiting outside. It was the first time I encountered such a strict and inflexible approach in this situation. It felt unnecessarily rigid and not very client-oriented, which left us disappointed.
